Tudor Hall School pupils have helped to plant more than 300 trees in their grounds to mark the school’s 175th birthday.
Pupils and staff at the all-girls boarding and day school near Banbury have planted a mix of native tree saplings. It is hoped that the newly created woodland, thanks to the school’s partnership with the Woodland Trust, will be a lasting legacy at the Wykham Park campus, to be enjoyed by the school community for years to come.
The girls were keen to plant the trees themselves, expertly guided by Tudor’s Groundsmen Charlie and Graham. The trees not only mark the School’s 175th birthday but also support the School’s sustainability efforts, demonstrating how every person can make a positive difference to their environment.
