Limber up! Today’s activity is a little like sports day, but with an anniversary twist. Pick a sport of your choice and apply a 60th theme.

Examples include a 60m `Diamond Dash` (or `Splash` if you have a swimming pool nearby), 60 reps challenge or bring back the good old fashioned egg and spoon race - a classic from the 60s! In the spirit of the World Cup, why not try a 60 second keepie-uppie challenge...
