BSA Group has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Equity, Diversity and Inclusion’ category of the UK Association Success Awards 2024 for creating IELA, The Inclusion and Equity Leadership Association.
Launched in September 2024, IELA is the sixth association to join BSA Group, and was borne out of a commitment to inclusion, demonstrating that EDI is a priority and recognising its importance to our members across 1,700 organisations and 52 countries worldwide.
This shortlisting is wonderful recognition of IELA’s goals which are to:
- Create a dedicated support network for inclusion professionals;
- Provide guidance and up-to-date information;
- Create resources which EDI professionals and organisations can use; and
- Support professionals with strategies for their settings.
