Headington is a vibrant and welcoming school where individuals come first. Set in 23 acres of playing fields and grounds, the school boasts an excellent range of on-site sporting facilities including a new astro-pitch, new tennis and netball courts, a 25m indoor swimming pool, large sports hall, fitness suite and grass pitches for summer sports. Our thriving sports department gives every girl the opportunity to enjoy sport, whether recreational or competitive. Over 70 Headington girls represented the county in their chosen sports last year, with some going on to compete at national and international levels.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic PE Teachers who have the ability to teach the National Curriculum, including examination PE (GCSE and A level), excluding outdoor pursuits, across all year groups. The ability to coach teams and practices is essential.
