She joins Felsted from St Margaret’s School, Bushey, where she is currently Head of the Junior School. In this role, she provides strategic leadership from Nursery to Year 6 while contributing significantly to whole-school strategy, development and long-term sustainability. During her tenure, she has led a period of exceptional growth, driving curriculum innovation and strengthening community engagement.

Emma is committed to delivering a broad and ambitious education that balances strong academic outcomes with the development of wider life skills. Her approach places emphasis on financial literacy, problem solving and pupil voice, ensuring pupils are well prepared for the next stage of their education and beyond.

Prior to her current role, Emma was Assistant Head at York House School, where she supported significant pupil growth and school development. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Director of Studies at Knightsbridge School.
