Adcote School for Girls in Little Ness, Shrewsbury, will be hosting an Open Day with a twist on Saturday 21 March. The all day event is designed to give prospective pupils an inspirational glimpse into their potential futures. Every activity is focused on the theme of “Future Me”, reflecting Adcote’s mission to educate and empower girls to thrive in whatever path they choose.
The “Future Me” Open Day will give visiting families a taste of Adcote’s approach to school life and how it prepares every pupil for life afterwards. The Open Day will showcase a combination of academic subjects, extracurricular activities, and the CLEAR Learning Programme (Confidence, Leadership, Engagement, Achievement, Resilience). It will show how Adcote girls are encouraged to explore their passions, discover new talents, and prepare for their next opportunities.
The Open Day will begin with arrival and registration, where each guest receives a “Future Me” Passport, followed by refreshments. Pupils will take part in hands-on workshops and guided tours, exploring different areas of learning and discovering how their interests could translate into future careers or passions.
