As Harrogate Ladies’ College prepares for its new era as Duchy College, the school has revealed its new branding ahead of the extension of its co-educational provision.
The refined colour palette, refreshed typography and updated logos represent a key development in the school’s history, with the school to be known as Duchy College, Harrogate, from September 2026.
“This is a significant milestone in our journey to becoming Duchy College,” Mrs Fox said.
“We are passionate about unifying the school under one name, but this unification is not just a box-ticking exercise.
“We are committed to upholding the values and ethos of our school’s proud history and securing the future of our school for the next 130 years and beyond.
“There is significant investment in further integrating the Prep and Senior Curriculum, as well as The Duchy Award, our brand new, cohesive academic and co-curricular programme for pupils in Years 5-9.
While work continues on a standalone Sixth Form Centre and refurbished boarding facilities, the brand-new Design Technology Department is complete, with more announcements to come.
“We are excited about the prospect of revealing the new Duchy College uniform later this term. This will form the cornerstone of the school’s identity, as we look forward to our new era as Duchy College in September 2026,” Mrs Fox said.
The new branding will be rolled out gradually across the School’s materials, digital channels and signage over the coming months.
