Student Success Stories

For students, the impact is transformative.

“Huish Law School has changed my life. The support from my teachers gave me the confidence and skills to pursue a solicitor apprenticeship, and I’m now starting my career with VWV. The Law Society and mooting programme were key to my success—they helped me develop oracy, professionalism, and ambition. The new courtroom has also had a huge impact. It’s more than just a space—it symbolises what we can become. It reminds us of the years ahead and the endless opportunities we can pursue. I would encourage anyone interested in law to come to Huish.”

— Esmé Jolly, VWV Solicitor Apprentice

“As a law student, the courtroom, the new graphic displays, mooting, the Law Society—everything is just so inspiring. It’s clear how valuable it is to learn law in an environment that replicates the career I want to pursue.”

— Isabella, Law Student
