Milton Abbey School, a truly full boarding, co-educational and day school in Dorset has partnered with Pavilion Dance South West, to offer an elite-level dance programme to it’s students.
Milton Abbey School is delighted to announce its collaboration with Pavilion Dance South West, bringing an elite-level dance programme to our beautiful, traditional full boarding school. This partnership aims to establish one of the finest independent school dance programmes in the Southwest of England, offering aspiring young dancers, both in the UK and internationally, an unparalleled opportunity to train with industry experts.
Pavilion Dance is a registered charity (1111641) dedicated to transforming communities through dance. They offer dance experiences that are relevant, diverse, inclusive, and captivating. They believe that dance is for everyone and strive to ensure that all people and bodies are represented throughout their work.
They run dance programmes that promote and support the dance sector across the South West and the wider UK. At their Bournemouth-based venue, they present live dance performances from some of the most exciting and innovative companies, along with screenings, exhibitions, and more than 30 dance classes each week.
The programme will feature three sessions per week at Milton Abbey School, delivered by the team at Pavilion Dance South West. Their expertise will provide students with world-class instruction in an inspiring and dynamic environment. In addition to training at Milton Abbey’s facilities, students will also benefit from the opportunity to use Pavilion Dance South West’s premier venue in Bournemouth, enhancing their learning experience with access to professional-level resources.
