Mayfield, a leading independent day and boarding school for girls aged 11-18, has been rated βOutstandingβ by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate. The report describes Mayfield as an βexceptionally joyful and supportive school,β where βstudents feel empowered to strive to be the best they can be in all elements of their lives.β The report goes on to say, βKindness, welcome and respect are the golden threads of the school.β
Headmistress Deborah Bligh said: βWe are delighted to be graded βOutstandingβ across all areas. Our Catholic ethos is about instilling timeless values that will serve our students β whether Catholic, of another faith, or no faith at all – well throughout their lives.
