Introduction to the Learning Village (primary & secondary)
Thursday 22nd August 2024 – 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
The Learning Village is an English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme specifically designed for new arrivals and intermediate learners in English-medium schools. The Village, which caters to primary-aged learners, includes everyday language, phonics and curriculum content. It’s a great resource for learners who are new to English – as well as for learners with special educational needs, who need a carefully scaffolded approach to language and literacy.
