“With the new year now upon us, I am delighted to have stepped into the role of Non-Executive Chair for BSA Group. I am a passionate supporter of the work and services BSA Group provide, and having spent some time in recent months getting to know the team and understanding how the business operates, my focus during my three year term will be to help develop the business and help ensure its continued success.”
This new role means that the Chair of BSA will no longer also be Chair of BSA Group and the Group Board, in line with the Chairs of Sacpa, HIEDA, BAISIS and TIOB. This is the right step for BSA Group in terms of good governance and will allow the Non-Executive Chair to concentrate entirely on the Group and its development.
Ed is former CFO of cruise companies P&O Cruises and Cunard Line, is a current non-executive director and audit chair of Make UK and current chair of the Colgate-Palmolive UK Pension Fund. We are excited to see how Ed’s experience and expertise can help us to develop further over the three years of his appointment.
