The King’s School, Canterbury is seeking an efficient, personable, and highly organised Music Administrator to support the day-to-day running of its vibrant and busy Music Department.

Working closely with the Director of Music, Visiting Music Teachers, and a range of staff and pupils, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all music-related enquiries. Responsibilities include instrumental lesson timetabling, exam organisation, financial administration, and event coordination. You will also support our prestigious annual King’s Week arts festival and assist with music scholar recruitment and tours.

We are looking for an experienced administrator, someone who is confident with Microsoft 365, highly organised, and a natural communicator.
