Course outline:

BSA’s Boarding box set series is designed for boarding staff and school leaders giving them a broad overview of a range of key topics relating to boarding. This series would be ideal for staff moving into senior positions in boarding, preparing for Deputy Headship and consolidating their understanding on the wider sector ‘headlines’.

This set will be £500 for a member series place.

This session will focus on the marketing and admissions functions within your boarding school. It will provide a strong introduction to the basics of marketing planning and strategy to enable you to drive boarding numbers within your school. Understanding the admissions journey for prospective families will help you scrutinise your processes and improve the customer journey, increasing conversion rates and the brand reputation of your school.

Aileen Kane, Deputy CEO & COO, BSA Group

Aileen is Deputy CEO & COO of BSA Group. She leads operations at BSA Group and works closely with members to provide guidance and training.

Aileen also works with government departments, local authorities and other agencies to support members and heads up the group’s work to find places for refugee children escaping from conflict countries.
