We are looking for a Senior level PA to work with the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and the Head of Safeguarding to provide high quality and efficient PA and administrative support.  You will have excellent communication and IT skills with an eye for detail ensuring that decisions and actions are dealt with appropriately and promptly. You will be self-motivated with the desire to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and to deadlines. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Deputy Head Pastoral and Head of Safeguarding. Confidentiality and discretion are essential to this role.

 

Skills Required:

Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills

Highly confidential with an appreciation of sensitive matters

Proficient in the use of computers and programs

Proactive, adaptable and possess strong problem-solving skills
