NUCB International College is all English international boarding high school opened in Sep. 2022, accredited as an IBDP school by the International Baccalaureate Organization in Dec.2022. NUCB International College is a world-class, co-educational boarding high school that nurtures the next generation of leaders. The school accepts a wide range of students from Japan and abroad and implements leadership education from an early age in a highly diverse environment. NIC is the only boarding school in central Japan accredited by the Ministry and Education, Culture, Sports, Science & Technology (MEXT) to offer two qualifications: the Japanese high school diploma and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP). All subjects apart from language classes are taught in English, and all our students have the opportunity to be awarded the Bilingual IBDP Diploma.

IBDP teacher for English A Language and Literature. In addition to the necessary knowledge and capability to teach in the IBDP program, preference will be given to those with a will to teach using the case method approach, a Japanese high school teaching license, and IBDP CAT1 certificate holders.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants are required to meet the following requirements. Preference will be given to those with a Japanese high school teaching license, IBDP Certificate holders, teaching experience at IB schools, and basic Japanese skills.
1. Possess a Masters degree in a specialized field (applicants are able to apply with a Bachelors degree, but preference will be given to those with a Masters degree)

2. Have the ability(or is willing) to conduct lectures in line with our mission(educational methods)
(Teachers will participate in training sessions by our undergraduate/MBA teachers after employment)

SALARY
TBD upon interview(4.0M JPY/year or more)

-Salary: Annual salary of 4.0M JPY or more(to be decided with regard to experience/skill) according to KEI regulations.
-Employment type: full-time teacher
