£15,000 per annum plus accommodation and meals
We are seeking a Resident Graduate Assistant to support the smooth running of the boarding house and undertake specific boarding duties related to the safety and welfare of pupils. The post-holder will also assist the PE department with sport coaching, assisting with training and matches and supporting lesson provision.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting pupils and enabling their progress, have experience of working with young people in some capacity and an understanding of how to lead, motivate and enthuse teams and groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and flexible individual looking to gain valuable experience of working in a school environment.
