Drawing on your background in pastoral leadership, you’ll provide unwavering support to our students, working closely with external agencies and our Prep School Leadership Team (PLT) to deliver consistent outstanding pastoral care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a school or community setting.
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and empower others in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
