Course Outline:
Part 3 of 3 interactive workshops to help those is positions of leadership within boarding develop effective leadership skills and tackle common challenges and issues faced by leaders and managers.
If you find yourself frequently doubting your abilities, feeling like a fraud and having difficulty internalising success, then you will find our webinar on Tackling Imposter syndrome useful. This webinar will focus on the knowledge and strategies needed to overcome imposter syndrome and start feeling more confident professionally.

- Self-questioning versus imposter syndrome
- Impact on professional life and career progression
- Learn to challenge negative self-talk
- Positive mindset.

Hi I have two albums of photos taken at what appears to be a boarding school in 1945/6. I don't know the school - there is only one photo showing any part of the exterior. The photos are excellent - the master who took them was clearly a gifted amateur. I'd like to try to trace the school and ask if they'd like the albums for their archives. I've attempted to scan the one with the exterior. It's firmly glued into the album, so apologies for the poor quality.

The Emma Pattison Award for Compassionate Leadership has been introduced for 2024 in memory of former Epsom College Head, Emma Pattison, recognises an individual who consistently embodies compassion and kindness within their leadership role. The award exemplifies a person who fosters trust, contributes to team morale and makes a meaningful and positive impact on those around them.
