Course outline:

This session is part of the BSA Boarding Box Set, a comprehensive six-part series covering essential boarding topics. Ideal for those stepping into senior boarding roles or wanting to deepen their understanding of the sector.

The series is £650, with recordings available for any sessions you are not able to attend live. Sessions can also be booked individually if preferred.

This session in the series will focus on understanding and evaluating safeguarding culture within schools. It will explore how to develop positive safeguarding practices, identify key indicators of success, and address challenges when culture needs improvement.
