Course outline
In this webinar our speaker describes the work of the border force and their practice experiences of safeguarding children and vulnerable persons who are at risk of, or have been trafficked for the purpose of exploitation.
Training Topics will include:
- The work of the border force in safeguarding
- How this links with the multi-agency safeguarding system
- Key tends that safeguarding leads should be aware of
- Case examples to inform your practice
- Agencies that can support.
Learning outcomes:
- have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and awareness of domestic and International trafficking relevant to their safeguarding role
- have enhanced understanding of key trends and what to look out for.
