Course outline:

Anxiety, depression, ADHD and dyslexia are at an all-time highs. Why is this the case and what can we do to help manage and mitigate these issues? In this webinar, nutritionist and neuroscientist, Inder Singh Virdi will share his story after struggling with undiagnosed ADHD and dyslexia. He will also share techniques we can use to support these conditions based on the latest research.

Inder Virdi

After leaving Wellington College and pursing a career in luxury hospitality, Inder developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in his early twenties. This experience inspired him to re-train as a nutritional therapist and neuroscientist and Inder now runs a clinic supporting kids with ADHD and Dyslexia. Besides his clinical work, Inder gives talks on wellbeing to schools, sharing the latest findings from the nutrition and neuroscience research to help kids and their families to be healthy and happy.
