This interactive, resource filled training workshop provides solutions to poor behaviour management, with a range of supporting coping mechanisms for stress and anger.
Practical, confidence building tools and techniques install positive self-identity, increase personal resilience, and provide a clear foundation of life skills for happy, healthy pupils.
Training topics will include:
- The Peer Led ‘Mediation and Conflict Resolution’ Framework
- Personal Reflection Corners, Self- Identity, Feelings & Emotions
- Friendships & Relationships: Loss, Forgiveness & Letting Go
Learning outcomes:
- A step-by-step, action planning programme with complementary tools and techniques to reduce explosions and understand body anger zones.
- Helping pupils to adopt positive friendships and relationships with boundaries and contracts as an essential pupil passport for independence.
- Transferring practical tools and techniques using the ‘5 Step Safety Plan’ with the Brave the Rage Toolbox to address anger and anxiety in modern day scenarios
