Join our dedicated residential team and play a vital role in supporting the care, wellbeing and development of our boarders. This is a rewarding, non-teaching position where you’ll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for pupils.
Hours: 4:00 pm – 9:00 am, 5 days per week
About the Role:
Working alongside experienced houseparents, you’ll support pupils’ emotional, physical and educational wellbeing, supervise daily routines, lead activities, liaise with parents, and ensure high standards of safeguarding and care.
