This webinar will present a comprehensive step-by-step personal wellbeing programme to maximise resilience, and social and academic success. The session will take professionals through the steps to learn the tools and techniques in order to work directly with pupils to find proactive solutions to stress (exam pressure, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem).


By the end of the session, participants will:

  • understand modern stressors and vulnerabilities for young people
  • have strategies to promote listening and questioning skills
  • develop use of body language and communication techniques with students needing support
  • be able to disseminate all learned tools and techniques for direct work with pupils.
