Resident Boarding Assistant – Prep Boarding

Full Time/ Part Time/ Weekends

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Resident Boarding Assistant to support pupils in our Prep Boarding House, with pupils in years 3-7. You’ll help create a safe, caring and well‑organised home‑from‑home environment, supporting boarders pastorally, socially and academically.

Working with the Houseparent, you’ll assist with daily routines, activities, evenings and weekends. Depending on experience, you may also support lessons, supervise classes, accompany trips and act as a tutor.

We’re looking for someone who is caring, organised, reliable with experience of engaging and motivating young people.

Start: 1st September 2026
