Speaker: Iain Mahony
Iain was educated at Uppingham and Manchester University and began working as a personal trainer in Mayfair in 2009. With over 14 years in the fitness industry, he has competed in bodybuilding and coached other competitors. Despite outward success, Iain struggled with personal challenges that led to alcohol and drug misuse. After entering rehab in South Africa in 2014, he rebuilt his life and began speaking in schools in 2018. He has since shared his story at over 40 independent schools, including Eton and Warwick, and now speaks on topics such as masculinity and performance-enhancing drugs.
