Course outline:

This seminar is designed for pastoral staff supporting teenage boys, offering deeper insight into the adolescent experience and how best to guide young men through these formative years.

Delegates will learn about the physiological impact of adolescence on teenage boys, including physical and emotional development, social cognition, risk-taking, and identity. Practical recommendations for working with and supporting young men will also be discussed.
