With the end of the academic term, a new phase of your school’s ongoing sponsor licence compliance journey commences. Now is the time to ensure that key visa and immigration checks are being made, including:
- Confirming and recording sponsored students’ travel arrangements and contact details;
- Monitoring visa application progression for incoming or returning sponsored students;
- Reviewing non-sponsored students’ immigration status and, where relevant, their visa applications’ progression; and
- Preparing for enrolment.
