Within his role as an educational leader David is a steadfast advocate for all aspects of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and is able to bring his own heritage and lived experience into his passionate articulation of both the need and moral duty to drive racial equity within all areas of society including school settings. David believes that progress in one area of EDI usually supports other areas of EDI work and benefits all in the community including intersectional and majority groups.
