Course outline:
This webinar explores how to build a strong culture of belonging within your boarding community and wider school. You’ll learn the theory and importance of belonging, as well as practical strategies to foster a true sense of community identity for both students and staff – going beyond diversity to embed belonging deeply in your school’s ethos.

Coco Stevenson, Educational ConsultantÂ
Coco Stevenson has worked in a number of schools in senior leadership roles, most recently at St Paul’s Girls’ School where she was Deputy Head: Director of Safeguarding and Inclusion. Coco has also been Deputy Head Pastoral at City of London School and at Latymer Upper. She speaks, advises and consults widely on both Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Consultancy work includes: reviews/audits/strategic development for schools in the independent sector; supervision and coaching for senior leaders in a wide range of schools; advisory work on EDI for the Independent Schools Council and the Boarding School Association. Coco is currently training as a psychotherapist.
