Annual Conference for Heads 2027

Human by Design; the enduring value of boarding in a connected world

A conference to focus on rebuilding confidence, celebrating success, and shaping the future of boarding together.

As boarding continues to evolve, this inspiring two-day conference will explore how we can reignite confidence, strengthen school cultures, and unlock new opportunities for growth. Together, we will celebrate success, tackle shared challenges, and shape a thriving future for boarding.

The conference will be chaired by Chris Wheeler, Chair, BSA and Headmaster of Canford School, who will welcome delegates and help lead discussions on the opportunities and challenges facing boarding schools today.
