Located on an outstanding campus in the heart of Ireland, the College serves over 900 students, including a substantial boarding community, and plays a significant role within the Church of Ireland educational tradition while welcoming students from diverse backgrounds and traditions.
As the College continues to face the challenges of an increasingly complex educational environment, the Board has approved the creation of a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position to provide dedicated leadership of the Collegeβs operational, commercial and boarding activities.
This newly created position is a pivotal role within the school presenting a unique opportunity for an outstanding leader to blend strategic influence with operational delivery.Β The CEO will play a central part in ensuring the school is financially robust, operationally efficient, and enabled to deliver itsβ strategy and long-term vision.
Working in close partnership with the Principal, and reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide leadership and operations management across boarding and residential life, after-school program, financial sustainability and commercial performance, marketing and enrolment growth, workforce management, fundraising and alumni relations, and running of the estate.
The Board is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute leader with a proven track record of senior leadership, operations management and organisational development.
