Course outline:
The health and happiness of both staff and pupils are essential to achieving sustainable, high performance as individuals and as a community. This seminar offers delegates the opportunity to reflect on their schoolβs current approach to wellbeing and explore practical strategies for embedding a culture that supports mental, emotional, and physical health.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, awareness of workβlife balance, mental health, and the emotional demands of boarding life has grown significantly. Boarding schools, while rich in opportunity and community, present unique challenges that can affect both students and staff. Recognising the interdependence of staff and pupil wellbeing, this session highlights the importance of understanding pressures and placing wellbeing at the centre of school culture and strategic planning.
Learning outcomes:

- Practical tools for creating an environment where healthy high performance can flourish
