UWC Atlantic is the founding College of the UWC movement, delivering a pioneering IB educational model to 380 students from over 90 countries. Their mission is to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. They are now seeking a new Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the long-term sustainability of the College.
Reporting to the Principal and as part of the Leadership Team, you will:
- Align financial strategy with UWC Atlanticβs mission and priorities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
- Lead on investment stewardship, procurement and commercial activities.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance across all financial systems.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
What are we looking for?
Youβll be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior financial leadership. You can combine strategic vision with operational expertise, and you can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. You will bring strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive financial leadership.
