More and more schools are now appointing inclusion leads. This is a welcome development and an exciting role. Nevertheless, it can be quite daunting and can feel like there is a lot to tackle! This seminar will provide practical step-by-step strategies for inclusion leads and senior leaders to audit, review and develop their school’s EDI strategy. Inclusion should be a whole-school priority. To achieve a culture of inclusion and belonging, key staff to be on board and actively contribute.
