Course outline:

This seminar is tailored for pastoral staff working with teenage girls, offering insight into how best to support them through the challenges of adolescence.

Delegates will learn about the physiological impact of adolescence on teenage girls, including physical and emotional development, social cognition, risk-taking, and identity. Practical recommendations for working with and supporting young women will also be discussed.
