Course outline
The aim of the session is to support delegates in understanding the current legal frameworks that apply to boarding schools and how this might be applied in practice. โฏThe session will focus on unpacking the BSAโs Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) Briefing Paper to support and assist schools to navigate an area of legal and practical complexity.
Training topics will include:ย

- Cass interim report
- Key issues including pastoral care and safeguarding
- Single sex spaces
- Sport
