DRN Nutrition provides specialist school-based nutrition support, spanning everyday health and wellbeing through to elite sports performance. We deliver engaging, evidence-based workshops for pupils, parents and staff, support boarding and catering teams with menu review and food environment strategy, and provide tailored 1-2-1 support for developing athletes. Our work focuses on building sustainable habits that enhance energy, concentration and long-term health, while also optimising performance for scholars and high-performing sports programmes.
