Shelleys

Shelleys the printers was christened 1986 by David Coombs. He had previously worked at the Abbey Press, printers in Sherborne so when it came up for sale, David bought the company to further grow this value heritage which dates back to the early 1900’s. The main focus, even back to those early days was education, since the late 1980’s Shelleys have developed this service to encompass a comprehensive design, print, finishing and mailing provider, single point of contact for all your marketing and administration needs. When Glenn, David’s son joined Shelleys the Printer in 1992 Graphic Design took a leap forward and Glenn’s vision for educational design continues to develop to this day. As our design portfolio grew, so did our print needs and our first 4 colour litho press arrived in 2009 and in 2014 we joined forces with another family business Remous Print, together we believe we have the most complete education-centric company in the UK, operating across 3 sites in Dorset. Our heritage continues to grow, we are client focused more than ever and thanks to our complete in house service, we design with print in mind to give you exactly what you need and when you need it.
