Flooglebinder creates meaningful educational adventures focused on conservation, sustainability, personal development and wellbeing. Founded by teachers, conservationists and outdoor enthusiasts, we believe some of the most powerful learning happens beyond the classroom. That’s why we design experiences that help students connect with the world around them, whether they’re exploring marine ecosystems in Thailand, working alongside conservationists in South Africa, or learning about sustainable agriculture in Costa Rica.

Our mission is simple: to help young people travel with purpose. We want students to return home with more than just memories and photographs. We want them to gain confidence, develop practical skills, broaden their perspectives and build a deeper understanding of the environmental and social challenges shaping our world.

Our educational expeditions take students to some of the most biodiverse and culturally fascinating places on the planet, bringing classroom topics to life through real-world experiences. Each programme is carefully designed to support learning outcomes while encouraging curiosity, adventure and personal growth. We also align our expeditions with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping students explore global issues through a practical and engaging lens.

We’re particularly proud of the opportunities our programmes create beyond the trip itself. As the first travel company to work with AQA’s Unit Award Scheme, students can gain formal recognition for the skills and knowledge they develop during their expedition. We are also a certified provider of the Diploma in International Volunteering, enabling students to gain an additional qualification while making a meaningful contribution to conservation and community initiatives around the world.
