Academic Families supports international families throughout their UK boarding school journey.

From finding the right school and assistance during admissions to guardianship whilst at school – with escorted trips, travel support and carefully matched host family stays. As a BSA Certified Guardian and AEGIS Gold-accredited organisation, we prioritise safeguarding and child wellbeing at every stage.

Our experienced team works closely with schools, parents and students to ensure every child is safe, supported and well cared for throughout their time in the UK. Academic Families trains all staff in contact with students every two years with the Mental Health England First Aid training and qualification. Our qualified staff are then able to help support and recognise mental health in students and understand how to best support the student and pass on the baton to the appropriate agency/service.
