Woodhouse Grove is a co-educational, day and boarding school combining traditional values with ambitions for the future. It is an unpretentious school that values individuals, celebrates achievement and seeks to nurture all. Key aims are to maximise our students’ academic potential and to provide opportunities outside the classroom that enhance further learning experiences and add to the enjoyment of school. Modern boarding is a “home from home” experience. Boarders have a varied programme of weekday and weekend activities to keep them entertained and encourage their integration into the school community. We hope that our pupils will go into a world of opportunity with the confidence born of achievement in the range of activities open to them, and with the strength of character developed by their sustained exposure to challenges and experiences in a caring and secure setting.
