The Montessori Place is an independent school in East Sussex, with two sites – one in Brighton & Hove and another near Lewes/Uckfield.
The school caters for 120 students across the ages of 1 to 16, with boarding provision for secondary school age students.
It is the first Montessori secondary school in the country.

Hi I have two albums of photos taken at what appears to be a boarding school in 1945/6. I don't know the school - there is only one photo showing any part of the exterior. The photos are excellent - the master who took them was clearly a gifted amateur. I'd like to try to trace the school and ask if they'd like the albums for their archives. I've attempted to scan the one with the exterior. It's firmly glued into the album, so apologies for the poor quality.

BSA was delighted to present Planet Spiti Boarding School with an Honorary Membership this year.

The Emma Pattison Award for Compassionate Leadership has been introduced for 2024 in memory of former Epsom College Head, Emma Pattison, recognises an individual who consistently embodies compassion and kindness within their leadership role. The award exemplifies a person who fosters trust, contributes to team morale and makes a meaningful and positive impact on those around them.
