St George’s College was founded in 1898 and with over 800 students, continues to thrive today. It began as boy’s boarding school for ex-patriots and is now a co-educational day and boarding school for all families. The school strives to combine a respect for tradition with a forward looking approach to education, offering both national and international programs. Most of our students are day pupils, but the boarders are the heart of our school and we are proud to be one of the very few schools on the continent which has maintained its boarding tradition. St George’s College has over 15 international staff that, with local bilingual Argentine staff deliver the International Baccalaureate Primary Years and Diploma Programs and the IGCSE program. Academic excellence is paramount but the school places great importance on sports and the creative arts too.
