Hurtwood House is a boarding school with a difference – a big difference! Although it has all the facilities of a typical public school, it specialises exclusively in the sixth form. Changing schools at 16 opens up a whole new world of fresh experiences and Hurtwood provides the perfect stepping-stone between school and university. Hurtwood House is young, exciting and dynamic and, it is exceptionally creative with drama, media, art, textiles, dance, music and singing to die for. It has a particularly wide range of A-levels ranging from traditional academic subjects such as Maths, Sciences, Modern Languages, Economics etc, plus an outstanding selection from the creative and performing arts. Hurtwood has a fantastic academic record with 67% achieving A*/A in 2013.
