Farringtons is a dynamic and inspirational school with outstanding facilities and resources, dedicated to providing children with the best education possible within a happy, purposeful and stimulating environment. Recent refurbishment and development has provided modern, fully-equipped classrooms and science laboratories, designated learning support and careers centres and impressive technology workshops. The swimming pool facilities have been enhanced to provide year-round swimming. Farringtons actively promotes the holistic development of the whole person in order to enable pupils to deal confidently with the challenges of modern life. As well as a huge variety of extra-curricular activities, all pupils are encouraged to contribute to various charity initiatives undertaken throughout the school year. We provide happy, warm and friendly surroundings for boarders with different living areas for each age group. When parents are unable to be nearby, we know we must create and maintain a homely and secure living environment in which the students feel safe, confident and cared for, whatever their age. Our Boarding House provides clean, spacious living areas and cosy bedrooms for our students as well as common rooms, TV and video rooms, games rooms and kitchens and other facilities appropriate to the age group.
