Exeter College is a large, thriving and growing tertiary college which places teaching, learning and student success as our top priority. The college was judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in a full inspection in 2014. In 2019 the college was shortlisted for FE college of the year and professional services team of the year by TES, with results being announced at the end of March. It was also named as the best college in the country in 2016 and 2017 by FE week.
In 2018 our apprenticeship provision was named the best in the west for FE employer satisfaction and the college was named as the top college for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) in the country. In August 2018 we celebrated our best ever A Level results and a record number of students secured places at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.

Based in Exeter city centre, the college is easily accessible on major bus and train routes across the South West, with two thirds of college students travelling from outside of Exeter city centre.
