Radley College are inviting applications for the role of Teacher of Classics from September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a successful and innovative department within a friendly and collegiate school community. The Classics Department consists of a friendly team of six teachers, all of whom are united in their enthusiasm for teaching about the Classical World. The Department is large and flourishing, playing a central role in the academic and cultural life of the school. All boys study a Classical subject in their first year at Radley, with most studying Latin and the remainder being given an introduction to Classical Civilisation. In this first year, around 30 boys are also taught Greek in small groups, according to their ability and experience.
