Senior School Morning Receptionist and Library Administrator
Monday – Friday 7.45-16.15 (40hrs per week)
Term time (33.8 weeks) + 2 additional weeks over the school holidays

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Senior School Morning Receptionist and Library Administrator to join our dedicated administration team. This is a pivotal role within the school, providing a warm and welcoming reception service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Senior School Library.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house reception duties with essential school administration and library support. As one of the first points of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Senior School while delivering the highest standards of customer service. The team consists of an Executive Team’s PA, Office Manager, Whole School Administrator, Senior School Morning Receptionist and Library Assistant and Senior School Afternoon Receptionist. The successful candidate will be personable, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
